WHAT: Earth, Paws and Claws is a spring event at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. This year’s event is a combination of past special events, Eggs Paws and Claws and Earth Day Celebration.
WHO: Activities are available to all guests upon purchase of admission.
WHEN: Friday April 22 from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, April 23 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHERE: Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
WHY: This year’s two-day spring celebration consists of several activities and attractions including an egg hunt for our animals, more than 20 treat and conservation stations, several animal experiences, kid friendly entertainment and more.
This year’s event, sponsored by Nationwide and Pepsi, also marks the debut of Aqua Bunny who will swim down Coral Trail and deliver springtime treats to the fish of Discovery Reef.
In addition, guests can celebrate the opening of the Zoo’s ride region, Jungle Jack’s Landing, with the purchase of a ride wristband ($8 dollars.)

Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is open 363 days a year 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. after Labor Day.
